I just can't get over that number.......70% of kids are rejected from the army. We have a serious problem.

I really doubt it. Athletes get looked up to a lot more than good video game players. But the social status of the athletes doesn't get everyone else trying to emulate them in terms of working out.

Professional video game players are like professional poker players. They're rising in popularity and celebrity status, but they will never get close to the name recognition of Tiger, A-Rod, Kobe, or Lebron.
