I don't want to crash Krikor's thread by making it a KEPCO thread (so I'm open to criticism for posting KEPCO stuff here). But here's an S&P press release that may have had something to do with yesterday's selloff of KEPCO:

Larry,
I just purchased a small amount of KEP. I wish I had put in a limit order, because it immediately dipped below my purchase price. I figured the stock met some resistance at 10 and anything below would make it a good buy. Thanks for the info. Now, we wait around collecting dividends until the stock makes a comeback.
