Private insurance doesn't reveal IT's fraud rate. But, we do know that ALL the money that feeds their bottom line doesn't go to making a person healthy. Besides, when most of your ilk think of Medicare fraud, they think of some welfare queen defrauding the government. In reality, it's organized crime and doctors that are the major culprits. Give Obama some time. He'll get the fraud under control or hear about it. You're buddy W just appointed a loyal crony/Brownie to pay lip service and washed his hands of the matter. After all, he never believed government COULD work anyway! A perfect self-fulfilling prophecy for HIM.
