Mafia/AlQ should remember that crime would be punished [in part] by removal of citizenship = a significant cash penalty. Other punishments [depending on crime level] would involve involuntary organ donations. NZ could make major profits if all Mafia people would buy one. Perhaps advertizing them in Sicily would be a good idea. With involuntary removal of citizenship and organs, I expect crime would not be a popular activity. With voters voting crime to be seriously punished to retain citizenship value, crimes might go away entirely [near enough for government work]. Mqurice
