In a rational world. In this world we pay and pay. It's all tied together. I sympathize with both people in the video, at least in theory. We are at war with ourselves to a remarkable degree.

they can. The employer might still be obligated to defend, but would probably not indemnify if the cop lost on the wrong theory.
