"he thinks that God "wrote the bible" and "directives" in it are indeed commands by god to humans to carry out certain deeds."

Yes, he believes the bible is the word of God set down by Divine inspiration. I guess he also believes that the people who tossed out books of the myriad POSSIBLE "bibles" to create a canon that could (at that time) be rationalized were also divinely inspired--just as the translations that slowly try to erode the most brutal, absurd, and unscientific aspects of this book of primitive tribal self interest--are DIVINELY INSPIRED (what else!!).

He believes this tribal storm god created people and then murdered them for being defective (except for the drunkard Noah and family) (no black sheep in that sick family--just a type of sham)!

Well, then he set a rainbow in the sky!! Of course, you and I know that rainbows occur for a scientific reason and that they happened before the "flood" as much as after. But we aren't primitive people wandering in a desert trying to explain things solely through imagination bereft of any science, are we??!!!

We notice that after these ancient stories were put together to create (at one time) the most powerful nation in the world (the Catholic Priesthood)--there are no more stories. God is no longer guiding his people through direct means transmitted and recorded. Jesus took care of that. Jesus was the Son of God and also God, as well. God killed himself (no risk and no big deal!) because He loved people (except for the children he drowned in the flood)!

God is like a person! WE are made in His image. Incredibly, He has existed forever with two legs, two eyes, two ears, and five fingers and a Dick. He could have been a dinosaur or a spider or a tiger--but anything that has always existed ought to have proper fingers and opposed thumbs and no tail. Which reminds me, we are slowly losing our tails. Doctors always cut them off these days--and every century, less and less people are born with caudal appendages.

We all had tails 100 million years ago. Does God have a tail? Is that how the "Creator" who existed forever and ever (even before time) is constructed? Just a very personal guy and a part of team sexy?
