That was a joke. Come on, the Fed can print without announcing a program -g- Nevertheless, the joke is meant to be serious and scare the carry traders. It won't, coz the Druids have no feelings -g- Moreover, the Druids care about rates only... Which is why currency crises happen - they pile into a high yielder until it defaults, and then they all flee at the same time -g- Somehow I don't think the dollar is in danger of a "crisis" with bond crash, rather, a fast erosion at low rates. The money is borrowing in dollars at high speed to go elsewhere - we are the huge new Yen facility.
