it's very simple... the cops were out 'trolling for tickets' my BF who has an hispanic name, as evidenced by his DL was pulled over in a very expensive sports car for not 'signalling' in a MERGE lane (when is the last time you did that????) once the cop sees the hispanic name on the DL and the faint 'hint' of alcohol (no speeding, no erratic driving mind you) all hell breaks loose, he is arrested, despite passing the breathalyzer, my son, who is passenger, is left on the street at midnight in a strange town, to fend for himself...while BF is arrested and taken into custody only to have all charges dismissed because the FACTS OF THE BLOOD TEST prove him innocent... any questions? as i said in a previous message, my own personal attorney, who is a municipal judge, FREELY admits there is 'driving while minority' discrimination.... i have witnessed it firsthand.... and will not forget
