The State pushes back! I'm guessing some CA residents did exactly what I prescribed. I'm guessing the only real solution for CA residents is to vote with their feet. They need a lesson from the Mexican workers in this country, claim 13 dependents so they have zero witholding (which is probably fairly close to true considering how much money gets sent back to support family members back home). With a 7% contraction in the Mexico GDP this year, the huge flow from US to Mexico is obviously far lower than it was several years back. Thanks for sending this link.
