You know I was in the insurance industry, if you would have claimed that Cat, they would have wrote it off, always write off flood damage units, and you could have bought the salvage back, and with the money the insurance settled with you, you could have done the work and been a head of the game.

Good luck with the database, hope the outages are short lived.
