Jay yes I believe you ..... I have a story to add here : many of these banks who sell coins are having orders from their wealthy private banking clients to accumulate large size/number of coins on a daily basis....the premium when the bank sells to the buyer/customer varies from 8% to at times 12%, so when this incident you report, HangSeng paid a 5-odd% premium to the seller and I am sure they will still pocket a 3-4% difference from the buyer as they must have surely got a larger accumulation order

btw just a comment : if american eagles fetch this premium, I wonder what wud be the premium for Krugs ? or for Maple or Nugget?
