You must not have gotten the memo.

"Health Care" is a very broad term. Our "health care system" is responsible, not only the care you receive when sick, but what you eat, drink, otherwise consume, how you drive, whether you ride 4-wheelers, jump out of airplanes with parachutes, etc.

All this must be controlled so that we can be ranked more highly the next WHO decides to do a "study".
