These convertibles were already on the balance sheet when they reported earnings.

The bond offering occured in August 97. This is a filing for some stock conversions I believe.

I wouldn't read too much into this yet.

Tom I am bullish on Cymer there was some information on the S-3 that us thread writers should have known but we were too busy writing silly posts. It seemed like everyone knew yesterday and already reacted. I believe the bottom is near.
