I was being facetious.


I figured as much but I wanted to make sure!

I would guess the CEO of a bk homie could have another company up and going within a month if the demand was there.


I used to do a lot of work for RE developers and it was standard practice that they'd go BK (leaving small vendors like me and my clients holding the bag) and then they'd open back up six months later with the names in a slightly different order. And, of course, they'd have the gall to call you back up and ask you to do work for the "new" firm. I took to framing BK filing notices on my wall of shame at the studio.
