SUNRISE TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL INC has filed a Form S-2/A with the
United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Does this mean the original S2 filed on 9/5/97 is still not effective?? Also, since SNRS is trading at $4.00 how does the S-2/A potentially effect the current price since it registers shares at $1.47?? Does this mean that the registering shareholders will start dumping some of their 10 million shares?? That could drive the price down a great deal---like to $1.47. I figured the S2 was effective by 9/12 because that was when things started heating up. I hope everything is on track. Maybe one of the financial people here can explain what is going on!!

I will do some homework on this one. I don't make a habit of shorting $4 stocks( unless of course they have 500 million shares outstanding.)

I wouldn't be so trusting of old Neil on PRST. Saying that PRST doesn't need Heidelberg is as preposterous as saying that Ballard Power doesn't need Mercedes, or Christmas does't need Santa Claus.

Happy treating since you've already had the trick played on you.
