By increasing the federal budget by $500B, Obama "created or saved" 4.1 percentage points of the GDP, give or take a few tenths of a percent.

It should be interesting to see how Obama pays for it all. Raise taxes by that much and watch the GDP fall by the same magnitude. That's what happens when you borrow against future economic growth, assuming you create any.
