Oh bummer! Didn't he inherit the huge unemployment from Bush?
Doesn't he have a communist labor czar that could just put all the unemployed to work fot the government? Even if they cannot find something to do just give them an employment check anyway. Have half the unemployed digging holes and the other half filling holes. It will do wonders for the economy and the stats.
