When the company states that they are in business in a certain location, and I call and find it is not true, I consider that fraudulent. I called the Hialeah location, and the outlets that were stated as selling the water and neither was true. The $14,000,000 in stock they claimed to be entitled to is in the hands of the PRTI shareholders. I talked to Palco and they told me they had called off the merger agreement 2 days prior to OVIS announcing that they were going to merge. Put whatever label on it you wish and sugar coat it if you wish...
