Between now and then is what, maybe a couple hundred billion in resets? Ben and Tim can free up the presses for that with one or two panicked presentations before Congress. <g>?

Hi Vi,

I do not know what option arms price on ,but would not the ridiculously low rates (from the feds QE) allow a refinancing or restting of a lower rate?

It seems to me the fiasco you anticipate has hd the nuts cut off it with the engineered low rates.
