Clinton was pragmatic and was willing to sacrifice his agenda to remain popular. Because of that Clinton will never be at the bottom of the lists of presidents..... there is a time for triangulation. IMO if someone had offered Clinton the job of dictator I honestly believe he would have turned it down. I can't say the same of Obama, I think he'd jump at the chance....then he wouldn't have to deal with those pesky debates and hard to line up demorats...
