Allen, the difference Troy is talking about is not related to the growing number of shares outstanding. It is explained in the notes of Syquest's earnings report.

BTW, should we have a contest and guess which will come first, 10 million Zips or another 10 million SYQT shares outstanding?

Actually, that [the extra 8 million shares] was October 17. Who knows HOW many shares they have outstanding as of today! <G>
