Rick, I immediately forwarded it to Willmott and suggested he set up a store front on the Zenith web site to start taking HDTV orders. $1,000 credit card deposits immediately accepted, with satisfaction guarantee. Someone needs to lead and Zenith is the ideal candidate. What's needed next is for a DBS system like Echostar and an HDTV content provider like Times Warner's HBO to announce HDTV delivery by April 1998. Once the ball gets rolling, the momentum will be humongous and every other TV system will have to jump on or face getting splattered.
