Don't take it personally. I'd wager your IQ is 20 points higher if that is consolation.

The problem for Obama is that (a) he won't release his grades, (b) he has admitted to being a doper and getting a leg up by affirmative action, (c)he has no paper trail of incisive legal writing or commentary to show that he really did anything while at Harvard or during his years as a supposed "Constitutional Law Professor,"(d)he persistently voted "present" during his years in the Illinois state house, without any legislation to his credit of any import, (e)he shows a shocking inability to speak cogently without a teleprompter, (f)he doesn't seem to be able to learn from his mistakes, which is why he has such a tin ear, and (g) he shows that his words mean nothing because he is willing to reverse course at the drop of a hat, not due to reasoned analysis, but rather for the sake of political expediency.

Indeed, he could not explain his healthcare agenda, despite what was it, some 50 very public attempts? He doesn't even understand the issues.

So no, I don't regard him as a big brain.

What I see is a self-devoted Chicago Pol.

I'd guess anyone who gets through an ivy league university, law school, mba program - like our last four Presidents have done is intelligent in the sense of being above average IQ, probably in the top 30% or top 20% in intelligence. But thats not enough to make one brilliant or a genius. IMO both Clinton and Obama's intelligence is/was hyped by liberals. That always happens ... from FDR and Adlai Stevenson on.

Obama sure doesn't have a record of accomplishment or achievement in his background. I don't see any evidence of a drive to achieve there. More like a guy who does what is necessary to get by - thats what I think he did in school, in his law career to the extent he had one. He's letting Congressional leaders craft his agenda and the legislation he goes out and tries to sell.
