I would imagine that unless we hear an announcement to the contrary, the 3rd will be the day of record. Perhaps there has been selling of LGND to keep the price down while the 20 days were passing?

What gives you any indication that the ALRI call has been delayed? My gut feeling is that, if such were the case, there would have been issued an immediate announcement.

My understanding is that November 3 was just the closing day for counting. Don't think I've heard when the actual transaction will be consumated.
