It's the Nacht und Nebel approach to corporate governance, nifty huh ... find your shareholders a bit irritating to deal with, pesky questions and the like, perhaps even some wild expectation of sharing in eventual company success, lol? - tell them to go away, and don't tell them anything else, just make sure you have 'secret negotiations' and write down lots of assets first ... oh, and keep your lawyers' number handy Job for the mounties, looks like ... how to get it onto their work calendar, is the trick
