AS it hit your team in '06 and '08? As I've said, historically the party out of power gains seats in off-year elections. They've GOT issues, but the president's party doesn't have him on the ticket, and can't generate much excitement. Many of his voters stay home, ESPECIALLY younger voters. The long term doom for your team is demographic. The (R) demographic is old and white, while the country gets younger and more "colored" year by year. It's as inevitable as winter.
