TSA - what a joke. They took my laptop behind a screen and kept me waiting almost 20 minutes recently. Discovered later that they'd dropped it and broken the hinge on the lid. Took 2 months and almost $500 to get it fixed. The reason was the techie thought he'd found the right part, but besides the hinge, a frame was needed and that was almost impossible to find. I'd already paid him $200 for the hinge and his time. Then got it with an additional $260 for more parts and time.
