This isn't correct at all.

Often, daily, he will give the opposing view "the last word", he constantly allows views other than his own to be expressed, but he asks very tough questions of people who don't have their facts straight or are expressing illogical points of view.

Occasionally he goes off -- as with Barney Frank -- when his predisposition figures in more strongly than the facts of the interview. But that is a rare event (he ambushed Frank). It is also not unusual for him to take a position then have 2 or 3 guests on who all oppose his view.

I don't know how an opinion/news show could be more balanced. There certainly isn't one on TV currently that is.
