Most likely a fund/institutional investor taking a position. One 15k,
one 10k, and several what looks like 7.5k blocks purchased in the last
two hours of trading. I like big volume with no news. It implies smart
money...

You'd have to be very, very risk-oriented to short ACRT! The company is basically a play on trade, both internal and foreign. You'd be betting on increased international hostilities and/or a trade war to dampen enthusiasm for ACRT stock. Before shorting, do yourself a favor and read the Actrade 10K. If that doesn't make you go long, at least you will pause awhile before going short!
