This is the original mortgage reset chart from Credit Suisse
that many, myself included, were looking at, but the data is
rather old, 2007-ish. The chart calls for a double
dip recession. I could not find anything more fresh, except
what I posted. This is the reason for my timing, although
it is harder to determine the top from it - the market can
run up for some time as these resets go up. Overall, your
timing of next Spring seems right from this chart, that's
whent the resets start to pick up and the QE will stop in
March too.

Finally found the image. It does take some time for
this to kick in, but definitely another black hole is
coming. <G>
