No they don't. Not if you put it to them in context -- that we will have increased taxes, poorer health care, increased deficits -- if you say, "Do you want free government health care for everyone?" hell, yes. They want it. But if you point out it will be lesser quality and cost more in taxes and increase the deficit, people want nothing to do with it.
