The statist learned an important lesson then - you can't maintain an island of repression. That is why they are trying to turn the WORLD into East Germany. Then there will be nowhere to run and they can maintain the myth that the slaves are happy.

Thanks Tom...That clip made my eyes water again, as my brain remembers the real day while we all watched the fall of the Berlin Wall. My generation was filled with young people and saw the first blocks go up, hundreds of people killed as they tried to escape East Germany, and finally....finally the Wall Came Down. Hopefully, forever.

Obama not going to represent the US is a travesty, and speaks very very poorly of him.

He was a very small baby then, and he is an even smaller adult today for not seeking Freedom wherever in the world he can. Shame on him.
