The costs you are planning to pay for your employees is more than insane, but I don't think you can attribute them to the Mass plan... I've been searching for a week and the Medicare web site has lists of plans including medicare advantage plans from lots of insurance companies.... The plan I told you I've been using through Empire is going to cost me $400/month for 2010. (2 years ago, my premiums were free and NY doesn't have a Mass plan).. Going directly to Empire and searching their plans, I found a better MA PPO plan with premiums of $0.00/month. I plan to switch as soon as I get some questions answered by IBM and Empire....

If you have survey data that is recent link it, otherwise you're just posting anecdotal info that is meaningless...
