Thanks! I've been looking at Shoshone history in central Idaho. They have been around for about 10,000 years, although there is very little arch evidence dating back that far.

Their legends, however, suggest a much longer history, including great Biblical scale floods and monster animals.

When you consider that the Pyramids at Giza have been around less than 5,000 years, a paleo-Indian history going back as far as that cave in Oregon is really impressive.

I don't think we know the whole story yet. Not by a long shot.
