Kumar, Barring any bad news that unnerves the markets, next week and the time before earnings announcement for the year should help stabilize the stock and possibly show some improvement in price. After that, though, it may get rough for a while. 1st quarter for AMAT has historically been relatively weak due to market/industry factors. Keep in mind that the funds are soon due to close out the books so the fund managers can make their target gains (and make their bonuses for the year). Expect more volatility from earnings release thru December, this will be the time for the traders to play in the "waves" and make money on the stock movements, it is pretty predictable this time of the year.
