Hi ahhaha,

I BELIEVE THERE IS MORE MONEY OUT THERE BEYOND THAT OF THE FED!

I affectionately refer to them as "Chicken Thieves".

You know the kind - Oh sheesh so sad to see you in financial disarray! It appears you let greed get you overextended during the last sure fired never going to get cheap agian market bubble.

TOO BAD !

I want to help - Here's 10 cents on the Dollar.

A few names of people who DO have susbstantial assets:

Warren Buffet
Wilbur Ross
Don Peebles

Many other REIT's that have been able to sell bonds or equity.

They've been warning about the sky falling for a year now and yet they've not pulled the trigger.

It seems that the little dealer down the road who built a new building and maybe attached a retail Mall to it with partners is overextended.

It doesn't seem to create a big wave.

But there is some small action out there going on.

Not all markets go to zero - they do all create fear about the approach to zero.

Somewhere out there, cash works wonderful bargains.

In every calamity there is opportuninty.

The Fed has just bought back all the politicos screw ups. That which their well intended social engineering, has thrown out of "good business" balance.

The Cultural reinvestment act and its self penalizing false market that punished those it was intended to help.

It also froze a trillion of two of misallocated assets - nice work huh?

This is simsilar to the S&L crisis of the early 80's.Brady Bonds stored those frozen assets. Most likely still paying interest to those who just parked their savings in government backed Bradt Bonds.

I do believe there is other money out there - a more informed money and it does seem that they have been quite patient already.

When they do pull the trigger it will reverse even the screwed up CRE market - I suspect quite quickly!.

There is a point where replacement value (or below that value )is preferred to green field construction for the next known profitable venture rollout.

JMHO
