Exactly.

GWB decimated the command and strategic functionality of AQ -- and these were substantial characteristics prior to 9/11.

But it didn't kill the movement, which dates to the 1950s and is widespread. These guys have a standing agreement to take out as many Americans as they can in any way they can. If they fail, no matter -- they still get the virgins for trying.

All Islamic Terrorists understand the objective.

Chances are that this was indeed an Al Qaeda attack.

So when a guy attacks an abortion clinic it's a "Republican Terrorist Attack"?
