"It's creating some semblance of an alternative future for the children..." There may be over 200 million orphans in the world according to UNICEF estimates. Many will die, a large percentage by suicide ... of those that make it to their teens 70% are likely to become hardened criminals or prostitutes just to survive into adulthood. Due to some foul ups in our attempts to control population we now have over 50mill extra young men coming on line and we know what happens when you have extra young men. Well we've never had anywhere near this many before but expect human trafficking and what ever the modern version of marauding hordes is to increase.
