Gerald,

I also grew up in the Mpls. area although I live in Chicago now.
I dated a waitress who worked at Rock Bottom and learned that they do not advertise on a regular basis. Only for maybe a special event or a new service. For example, I saw an ad in a "Conventions" magazine showing that they had a meeting room available. Instead of marketing dollars, they would empower their waitstaff to comp anything in order to make the customer happy. "You didn't like this beer as well as the last one? I'm sorry, I won't charge you for it, what else can I get you"

It should be noted that this policy was probably abused once in a while ("come on in to see me, I can get you free drinks and food")
but ensures that the regular customers always leave happy.

I don't know about the quarterly report.

Good Investing,
Crabdaddy
