OK, a bottom will be put in Monday. The chip eq stocks are starting to get upgrades, the dynamic duo of KLIC and KLAC did today. Monday, on the gap down, I will start to build a position. Cabot is notorious for selling at the low. There will be panic selling on Monday, which the market makers will take full advantage of by rudely gapping down your favorite stock. It will be painful for the investors here, but a bottom is going to be put in and there is no reason to sell now. If you didn't sell in the 40's or 30's, you certainly can't sell in the teens, as it might open there monday.

There is one smart thing that Cabot does, and that is use stops. All investors should use stops, it avoids painful losses, and if you get stopped out, you can either get in much cheaper or get back in when the stock strengthens. Groups like the Motley Fool refuse to use stops, as if they are taboo. However, it would saved them some huge losses.
