I must say that the "invasion of privacy" standard is an amorphous one. Jill took me to task for attempting to find "loopholes" in the Terms of Use, thus forcing SI to make its Terms of Use "more complicated and wordy."

Did Jill even bother to acknowledge that the word "privacy" does not appear in the Terms?
