Warning! I don't have time to explain fully, but I'm at AEA and after spending some time on the story, I'm out today! This first data situation is not nearly as clean as the company suggests. There is a payment in the september q from PEGA to first data of $10 million for old fdr software that the street does not know about yet. The check left pega in september, i think the situation here is far uglier than I feared. The street may overlook this but I'm out until we get clarification. I'm also very uncomfortable with the compan's stated intention to fire ernst and young, it's like firing the police after you've been arrested. It may go higher but i'm nervous. TD
