Lee, I agree, but they need to land the contracts first. In the interim they need to improve the PR effort which does not appear to have much distribution. Having been involved in top management in a NYSE corp I can attest to the effort required to get distribution of company releases. Apart from the internal costs of the PR department it's free. And I am not suggesting that the purpose would be to hype the stock. An intensive PR campaign would expose and sell product better than any promo the company could pay for or afford. Rap
