Philip, I don't think anything will happen..I asked the bcsc about the trades back in june they said the reporting was delayed due to "clerical errors". just the spectre of wrongdoing will lead to even greater PR disaster. (although a somewhat analagous episode involving jeff vinik and fid magellan re micron tech..talking it up and then selling..cost fidelity a 10 million USD settlement to micron shareholders..not gonna happen here IMHO.) my biggest concern now is refugio.are there real problems..like decreased recovery rate...the secondary crushers were receiving over 25k tons daily during the entire month of sept per john anderson and? how much for aug after they reopened. yet only 19k oz for the 3Q..perhaps much of the return to nl crushing in sept was not early enough to boost prod. Would hope the co will announce next week that they have produced 20k oz for october..this should help stabilize things a little. If they can't produce 60k for this Q (good weather) I think their in real trouble. jj
