You have been successful at making bread, maybe you should study and attempt more vegetable recipes. When my kids were little tykes I had veggies all the time, and they really liked them. I figured the earlier I introduced them the better chance I'd have of getting them to eat them later on. A diet of pasta and starches is really dangerous. I'm sure you knew that.

my son likes pasta and pizza....no meat, very few veggies.

keep on trying to feed that boy a steak, but noooooooo. He's probably going to want to drive a prius when he hits 16.

Does she like salads? When we were down in Palm Desert, my sis had Marie's Raspberry Vinegarette....I made salads down there...(my job) using lots of veggies, and various greens...put in cranberries, sunflower seeds, carrots, bits of broccoli, etc....put everything in refrig for about an hour before serving, then everyone used their choice of dressing. That RV is really really great!

Give her a good example and maybe she will follow. If not you could always start calling her the pasta queen or PQ for short.

Kids are wired to supplement their diets when they need something that has been missing. Eventually she should eat things she needs, it just may take a while.

Multi vitamins seem to suppress the urge more than satisfy the need.
