Don't be silly, now. "Rights" are not material objects in the universe. They are philosophical values based (hopefully) on rational critiques of reality.

A Sperm has no rights. An egg has no rights. When you mix that human dna it still has no rights. Because atomic structure is irrelevant to rights.

Actually that is NOT the case at all as has been demonstrated to Tim Flowler... who subsequently bowed out apparently.

I guess you didn't read that part. The mother and the fertilized egg are not separate organisms. The "genetically distinct" part is a nice crutch but DNA doesn't equal a human being. People have loads of "genetically distict" cells in their bodies. It's besides the point anyway.
