Regarding Hendren's sale: 88000 shares is an appreciable portion of his holdings. Now I'm going to have to check another website and find out exactly how much he's got total. (If anyone has the merger document handy, I think it is in there). He is the VP of Sales so his lack of confidence is not exactly good news. Though he seems to have gotten much better than current market prices.
