That is true. And it won't change until something is done about the amount of money required to run a campaign. NY23 is a perfect example. Dede got $800k from the RNC for her run. Hoffman got in excess of $3 million to mount his challenge. Dede started to drop when Hoffman started spending that money.

Preaching to the choir. If the Republicans keep on their present track, it could happen sooner rather than later. But I don't see three parties as being stable, one will go away.
