If the case was dismissed, and the records sealed, that is a pretty good sign that the judge felt the evidence was weak. And that means there is considerable doubt that he was guilty of what he was arrested for. Now, he very well may be a pedophile. Heck, you very well may be a pedophile. But we don't know if either or both of you are.
