VENKIE, are these Mutual Fund closing the books, a requirement of government? Or generally that's the day (End of October). If this is not a requirement of government, then there are certainly some mutual funds have not close the books yet. It's been known that from September to November are the most volatile months, not just before October. Unless there is a rule, I doubt all 100% of mutual funds unload before October. Why is DELL buying up central texas instead of moving to Mexico?
